10-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

If you have purchased a package that includes an option to return your vehicle, these 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms supplement the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) and solely govern your ability to return and receive a refund for any vehicle bought from Clutch Technologies Inc. (“Clutch”). You shall have ten (10) days (beginning on the date of delivery) or 750 km (based on the odometer reading upon delivery), whichever comes first, to return the vehicle to Clutch for any reason, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• The vehicle must be in the same condition as on the date it was delivered. In the event of any damage to the vehicle, it will not be accepted for return. Damage includes but is not limited to any damage caused by an accident, weather, or vandalism.
• You will be charged for any minor, broken, or worn items that were not damaged at the time of delivery, including bent wheels, worn tires, worn brakes, or interior damage such as rips, tears, burns, or pet- or smoke-related damage.
• All original or aftermarket items that were included with the vehicle at the time of delivery must be present and on the vehicle.
• Any accessories purchased by Clutch for the vehicle that were not originally included on the vehicle when it was listed will not be refunded, including but not limited to winter tires, aftermarket wheels, side steps, guards, racks, covers, remote starters, and heated seats.
• No new liens have been assessed against the vehicle post-delivery.

You hereby acknowledge the following:

• You cannot return the vehicle if you have returned two other vehicles to Clutch within the last thirty (30) days.
• You must be present for the return inspection to be conducted at the time of return.
• Ownership registration must be present at the time of return and must be signed back over to Clutch.
• In the event that you traded in another vehicle when making your purchase, the trade-in vehicle shall not be returned to you. Instead, you will be reimbursed for the trade-in value determined at the time of the initial sale less any applicable lien(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the loan value exceeds the trade value, you shall provide Clutch a bank draft for the difference.
• Your refund shall not include any required third-party fees, including but not limited to OMVIC/AMVIC fees, government/licensing Fees, or financing fees.
• Your refund may take up to 15 business days from the date of return.
